Pax Legal and Consultancy LTD is providing legal and consultancy services to clients in the national and international arena. We are a London based company. The services rendered by our law firm are the national and international trade law, international investment law, contract law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law. We also provide advice to our international clients on obtaining Turkish citizenships and residence permit by investment in Turkey.

As Pax Legal and Consultancy, we do also provide legal services to companies and individuals who wants to make an investment in Turkey and the United Kingdom. For our clients, we are preparing all the necessary substructure for setting up a company in the United Kingdom and Turkey. We also take care of the paperwork, such as market researches, preparation and review of partnership contracts, and preparation of sales contracts. Also, we will determine your required visa for Turkey and the United Kingdom, and we will accompany you to prepare all the necessary documents for your visa type.

We are able to provide services related to all aspects of Turkish and International Law. Pax Legal and Consultancy provides full guidance to clients throughout their affairs in Turkey. For our clients who have legal disputes in Turkey, without making them go to Turkey, we solve their all legal problems, within the UK through our company. We can provide all our legal services in entire Turkey. When our clients personally did not have time to go to Turkey, we are going to Turkey to solve our client’s legal problems.

Our Team

Zeynep Kubra Kavcar Penbegullu:

Zeynep Kubra Kavcar Penbegullu is the director of the Pax Legal and Consultancy LTD. She has been graduated from Istanbul Kultur University Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2016 and start her career journey as soon as her graduation. After completion of the traineeship period, she has become a qualified lawyer of Turkish Bar Association in 2017. During her office career as a lawyer, she had graduated from Istanbul Kultur University Master’s Degree in Private Law (LLM) in 2019. She has also graduated from City, University of London International Commercial Law Master’s Degree in 2020.

As in all aspects of property law process in Turkey we have been providing services to our domestic and foreign clients. We provide legal consultancy to our clients on all matters related to property purchase and sale, property financing and leasing.
